The shareholders'statutory subscription rights had been excluded.Once the capital increase is entered in the commercial registry, which isexpected to happen at the beginning of next week at the latest, TAG's sharecapital will increase by EUR 5,000,000.00, from EUR 69,905,007.00 to EUR74,905,007,00. The new shares will be admitted for trading on the regulatedmarket of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) as soon as thecapital increase has been entered in the commercial registry, and willcarry dividend rights for the 2011 financial year.The capital increase against cash contributions was jointly managed byClose Brothers Seydler Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, and Kempen & Co.
