TAG Immobilien AG / Key word(s): Disposal PRESS RELEASE TAG Immobilien AG disposes of Tegernsee-Bahnbetriebsgesellschaft and properties on Lake Tegernsee Hamburg, 11 January 2013. TAG Immobilien AG ('TAG' in the following) announces that it has accepted the binding offer - made in 2010 by the Miesbach-Tegernsee district savings bank - to transfer its properties on Lake Tegernsee and its shares in the Tegernsee-Bahnbetriebsgesellschaft (rail operating company), within the deadlines set. The properties and shares in the company will be acquired by the City of Tegernsee, the township of Gmund and Miesbach district. The purchase gives the buyers security regarding the existing regional development potential inherent in the properties and local rail traffic. Meanwhile, with the conclusion of the contract, which is scheduled for end of February 2013, TAG will give up its railway-related and historical business activities on Lake Tegernsee for good, and will continue to focus on residential properties going forward.
