TAG Immobilien AG / Key word(s): Miscellaneous07.02.2012 / 18:39---------------------------------------------------------------------(Hamburg, 07 February 2012) - TAG Immobilien AG ('TAG' in the following)today announced its decision to extend a takeover bid to the minorityshareholders of Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft (WKN/SIN 517900,ISIN DE0005179006) ('Bau-Verein' in the following), in the amount of EUR4.50 per share. Bau-Verein shareholders can tender their shares to TAG forEUR 4.50 per share during the offer period, 10 February to 9 March 2012.TAG Immobilien AG is longstanding major shareholder and currently owns93.21 percent of the voting rights in Bau-Verein. Details of the offer willautomatically be sent to all Bau-Verein shareholders soon by the custodianbanks.
