TAG Tegernsee annual general meeting: TAG continuing on its growth trajectory
(Hamburg, June 18, 2007). Roughly 150 shareholders and guests attended the 124th annual general meeting of TAG Tegernsee Immobilien- und Beteiligungs- Aktiengesellschaft on Friday, June 15, 2007 at Handwerkskammer Hamburg. Around 45 percent of the Company’s share capital was represented.
TAG is continuing on its growth trajectory. Say Andreas Ibel, chairman of the Management Board: “We will be continuing our growth strategy and steadily increasing our real estate portfolios. We are planning to acquire residential and commercial properties with a total value of EUR 450 million in 2007. TAG intends to position a commercial real estate holding company with real estate assets of at least EUR 400 million as a REIT in the capital market.”
The main resolutions passed at the annual general meeting included the election of Dr. Lutz R. Ristow, formerly the long-standing chairman of the Management Board, to the Company’s Supervisory Board. At its initial meeting, the Supervisory Board elected Dr. Ristow chairman.
