As a rule, no further transmission of personal data takes place to countries outside the EEA (European Economic Area) or to an international organisation. Within the scope of remote maintenance of standard IT components, it cannot be ruled out that an IT service provider from a third country (e.g. USA) may in rare cases have controlled and limited access to personal data in order to rectify any errors.
The personal data of the data subject will be erased or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Moreover, data may be stored if this has been provided for by European or national legislation or other regulations required to be observed by the controller. The data will be blocked or erased also if a storage period prescribed by the above-mentioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion of, or performance under, a contract.
