Our social projects
TAG Miteinander Stiftung
Good living conditions and a healthy neighbourhood spirit. We established the TAG Miteinander Stiftung (TAG ‘Together' Foundation) to ensure, even more systematically, that people living in our neighbourhoods live in good conditions and enjoy being together and treating each other as good neighbours. In particular, we want to support children and young people, families and senior citizens, as well people in need who have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own. The foundation exclusively and directly pursues charitable and benevolent purposes and is recognised as a non-profit organisation for tax purposes. Every year, the foundation donates at least 150 TEUR to different projects.

Aktiv Treffs, Jumpers and Sempers
With our Aktiv-Treffs, Jumpers, Sempers and other neighbourhood meetings, we offer children, young people and senior citizens in particular a changing program on various topics in our residential neighborhoods. Young and old can get to know each other and exchange ideas during joint activities. With a total of 27 meeting places in our neighborhoods, we reach around one third of our tenants.
We integrate the Jumpers Children's and Family Center into our neighborhoods at several locations, offering young families lunch, homework assistance and a wide variety of recreational activities.
Sempers - Senioren mit Perspektive e.V. organizes neighborhood meetings and offers various programs for older residents. We support Sempers in many ways, thus strengthening social cohesion and the satisfaction of our tenants and residents in our neighborhoods.
Our sustainability commitment to seniors was recognized in September 2023 with the "EPRA Outstanding Contribution to Society Award 2023" in the social category.

Familiar living (Smart Home)
With the "TAG Vertrautes Wohnen" project, TAG enables people to live longer and more self-determined lives in their own homes, even into old age. We support people who want to make their everyday life safer through various assistance systems. The technical systems become modern helpers that support our residents in their everyday lives. At various locations, mobile emergency call buttons, smart sockets, motion detectors and much more are offered at special conditions.
