Our neighbourhood management ‘Sustainable Neighbourhood. For All.’
Our Merseburg-Süd project was awarded the special prize from among 40 submitted projects.
What is special about this project is the new interpretation of neighbourhood management. In addition to the energy-efficient renovation, the main focus is on creating affordable housing and a social neighbourhood that emphasises community.
The aim is to combine ecological sustainability, social responsibility, quality of life and a forward-looking approach, thus making community and appreciation income to experience community and appreciation. In particular, cooperation with partners such as Jumpers and Sempers helps to develop affordable neighbourhoods that are worth living in.
The project ‘Sustainable Neighbourhood. For All.’ is an example of how a large impact can be achieved through many small actions, thereby enhancing a neighbourhood and turning it into a social meeting place.
