(Hamburg, October 23, 2008). Dr. Wolfgang Schnell has stepped down from the
Supervisory Board of Hamburg-based company TAG Immobilien AG for personal
reasons as of September 30, 2008. The Local Court of Hamburg has appointed
Rolf Elgeti, a capital markets and real estate expert, as his successor.
Consequently, TAG has gained in Mr. Elegti a new member for its Supervisory
Board who has extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and great
experience in the capital markets.
After studying business management in Mannheim and Paris, Mr. Elgeti worked
for renowned banks in London (including ABN Amro and Commerzbank) as an
analyst and equities strategist. After working in this area for several
years, he established the real estate investment company Elgeti Ashdown
Advisers Ltd.
Accordingly, TAG’s Supervisory Board now comprises Dr. Lutz Ristow, who was
previously the Company’s CEO for many years, as well as Prof. Dr. Ronald
Frohne, Rolf Hauschildt and Mr. Elgeti.
